2. Domain Registrations and Renewals (Non-Refundable)

All Top-Level Domain (TLD) registrations, custom domain orders (such as .esite.top, .com, .bd), and domain renewals are 100% final and non-refundable under any circumstances[cite: 1, 2]. Once a domain name is registered or renewed through our system, registry fees are immediately incurred and cannot be reversed or credited back.

3. Web Hosting and Digital Subscriptions

Web hosting accounts and recurring digital service subscriptions are billed on a pre-pay basis.

• No Partial Refunds: If you choose to cancel your hosting service or subscription before the end of your billing cycle, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
• Service Expiration & Deactivation: Upon the expiration of your hosting subscription or domain validity period, all associated services, databases, files, and subdomains will be automatically deactivated. Expired subdomains and hosting resources cannot be accessed or utilized until renewed or fully upgraded.

4. Custom Website Designs and Digital Products (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Purchases involving custom website designs, pre-built website templates, setup services, and digital development packages are strictly non-refundable once design work, consultation, or file delivery has commenced[cite: 2].

While certain design packages may include complimentary supplementary features, support tokens, or initial setup assets, the design fees, labor charges, and digital templates cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any conditions.

5. Account Termination Due to Policy Violations

If an account, domain, or hosting service is suspended, locked, or permanently terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or involvement in phishing, fraud, and illegal activities, no refunds of any kind will be provided[cite: 1, 2].
